Graduate or PUC (12th Pass) eligible
Excellent spoken English communication skills
Proficiency in any one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)
Strong grammar and customer interaction skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer conversations professionally
Assist customers with queries and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
Follow company processes and quality guidelines
