Develop deep product knowledge, including modules, configuration options, and workflows
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to IND, US/Canada-based clients via Call, tickets, email, and Zoom
Configure platform settings, forms, views, and permissions using the low-code admin interface
Participate in UAT, internal testing, and feedback loops for new releases
Ability to speak in ENGLISH or any other languages is an added advantage
Good Communication Skills - written & verbal (TAMIL & ENGLISH)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, Internet Browsing etc.) is required
