The Civil Engineering Project Engineer will be responsible for managing end-to-end civil construction activities, coordinating with multiple vendors (architectural, electrical, plumbing, automation, etc.), overseeing finishing works, handling automation-related electrical integration, and ensuring accurate billing and cost control across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Civil Construction & Site Execution
Plan, execute, and supervise all civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor civil works, including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations at site.
2. Vendor & Consultant Management
Coordinate and manage multiple vendors such as:
Architectural vendors
Electrical vendors
Plumbing & fire-fighting vendors
Automation and ELV vendors
Review vendor scope of work, BOQs, drawings, and timelines.
Ensure seamless coordination between vendors to avoid clashes and delays.
3. Finishing Works Management
Oversee all finishing activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship and design compliance.
Coordinate installation of doors, windows, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, and final finishes.
Conduct snag list preparation, execution, and final handover clearance.
4. Electrical & Automation Coordination
Supervise and coordinate electrical execution, including power, lighting, and switchgear installations.
Manage automation-related electrical works, ensuring integration with civil and interior activities.
Coordinate with automation vendors for testing, commissioning, and handover.
5. Billing & Cost Management
Prepare, verify bills for civil and vendor works.
Check measurements, BOQs, variations, and final bills.
Track project costs, variations, and cost optimization opportunities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
