- Payroll Coordination & Attendance Management
- PF, ESIC & Labour Law Compliance
- Employee Relations & Performance Management
- HR Documentation (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Warning Letter, Exit Formalities, etc.)
- HRMS & MIS Reporting
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist/HR Manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, and Labour Laws.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in Retail/Jewellery industry will be preferred.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
