Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and talented Decor Designer with strong design knowledge and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate should be passionate about wedding aesthetics, capable of conceptualizing unique themes, and transforming ideas into breathtaking event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design innovative wedding and event décor themes.
- Develop mood boards, design presentations, and visual concepts.
- Create detailed décor layouts and 3D visualizations (if applicable).
- Coordinate with vendors, florists, fabricators, and production teams.
- Oversee décor setup and execution at event venues.
- Ensure design quality, finishing, and aesthetic excellence.
- Stay updated with global wedding and décor trends.
- Manage budgets related to décor elements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in wedding/event décor designing.
- Strong creative thinking and artistic ability.
- Excellent knowledge of color palettes, floral styling, lighting, and space planning.
- Proficiency in design softwares.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
- Detail-oriented with a perfectionist approach to execution.
