About Us
The Wedding Wardens is a premium wedding photography & cinematography studio based in Pune, specialising in cinematic storytelling, destination weddings, and timeless wedding imagery.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Client Acquisition Executive who can not only bring quality leads to the business but also confidently communicate with potential clients and help convert those enquiries into bookings.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both digital marketing and sales/client communication.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for the brand.
- Manage and grow our Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Create content strategies for Reels, Stories, posts and campaigns.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads for lead generation.
- Monitor ad performance, CPL, lead quality and conversions.
- Explore other relevant channels such as Google, SEO, wedding platforms and collaborations.
- Analyse marketing performance and suggest ways to improve lead quality and ROI.
- Help maintain a premium and consistent brand image across digital platforms.
Lead Management & Sales
- Respond to incoming enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and other platforms.
- Understand the couple’s requirements, wedding dates, locations and expectations.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements and fit with our brand.
- Communicate our services and packages confidently.
- Follow up with potential clients consistently without being pushy.
- Schedule discovery calls/meetings with the team.
- Maintain a proper record of enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build relationships with potential clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Work towards converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, lead generation or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi would be an advantage.
- Confident speaking on calls and communicating over WhatsApp.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads and digital lead generation.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and handle customer objections.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand premium/luxury positioning and communicate accordingly.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in the wedding, photography, events, hospitality or luxury service industry will be a strong advantage.
The Ideal Candidate
We are not looking for someone who only knows how to run ads.
We want someone who can look at a lead and think:
“How do I bring this person in, understand what they want, communicate our value and convert them into a client?”
You should be comfortable switching between:
Marketing → Lead Generation → WhatsApp → Phone Call → Follow-up → Booking.
Key Performance Indicators
Your performance will primarily be evaluated on:
- Quality of leads generated
- Cost per qualified lead
- Lead response time
- Follow-up consistency
- Enquiry-to-meeting conversion
- Meeting-to-booking conversion
- Overall revenue generated through digital enquiries
- Growth and engagement of our digital presence
