Glazetek Systems is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in Karnataka. You will secure commercial and residential projects for our high-end windows, doors, and facade systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities across Karnataka.
- Client Network: Build relationships with architects, developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Pipeline Management: Lead projects from initial architectural specification to final closing.
- Technical Consultation: Present technical product capabilities, engineering advantages, and customized solutions.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging industry demands.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the regional sales team to achieve targets.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual regional sales objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales specifically within windows, doors, or facades.
- Network: Strong existing network of architects and real estate developers in Karnataka.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, technical presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Language: Fluency in English and Kannada is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
