COMMUNITY FACILITATOR
Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Organization
- Organize and manage community camps and field events end to end
- Arrange required materials, venue, and logistics for each camp
- Ensure timely setup and smooth execution of all camp activities
- Maintain attendance records and post-camp documentation
Mobilization
- Mobilize target communities, villages, and local groups for program participation
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to engage beneficiaries
- Coordinate with local leaders, panchayat members, and community influencers
- Ensure maximum community turnout for all field activities
Enrollment
- Register and enroll eligible beneficiaries into the program
- Collect and verify basic KYC and eligibility documents
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and beneficiary lists
- Ensure proper documentation at every stage of enrollment
Awareness Creation
- Conduct awareness sessions on program objectives and benefits
- Communicate clearly with community members in local language
- Distribute IEC materials such as pamphlets, posters, and forms
- Address queries and concerns of beneficiaries at the ground level
Government Scheme Enrollment & Data Entry
- Assist eligible beneficiaries in enrolling into applicable government welfare schemes
- Fill and submit government scheme application forms accurately on behalf of beneficiaries
- Collect, verify, and upload required documents on relevant government portals
- Maintain beneficiary-wise records of schemes applied, approved, and pending
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with government portal requirements
Follow Up
- Conduct regular follow-ups with enrolled beneficiaries for scheme status
- Track application progress and report pending or rejected cases to the team
- Assist beneficiaries in resolving issues related to scheme applications
- Ensure beneficiaries receive the full benefit of enrolled government schemes
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi (local language fluency is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and form filling
- Willingness to work in the field within Greater Noida / NCR
- Prior experience in NGO, NPO, or community fieldwork is preferred

The candidate will handle sensitive beneficiary and government scheme data as part of this role. Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or manipulation of such data will be a direct violation of organizational policy and may attract legal consequences under applicable data protection and IT laws.

All employees are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, integrity, and respect in all field and office interactions. Any act of misconduct, harassment, corruption, or fraud will result in immediate termination and legal proceedings.
6. NO FEE POLICY
Uplift Live Foundation does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process — including application, interview, or appointment. 7. JURISDICTION
Any disputes arising out of this employment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Greater Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
