Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Electronics Supervisors to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems in CNC machines. The role involves supervising maintenance activities, ensuring machine uptime, coordinating with production teams, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic, electrical, PLC, servo drive, and control system issues.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime.
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians and electricians.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate with machine suppliers and service providers when required.
- Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of CNC equipment.
- Train team members on maintenance best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics.
- 3–4 years of experience in electronic systems in CNC machines.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, servo systems, VFDs, sensors,
- Experience with CNC control systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical manuals.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of TPM and preventive maintenance systems.
- Experience in manufacturing or precision engineering industries.
- Familiarity with CNC machining centers, turning centers, and automation systems.
