A growing export-oriented manufacturing organization with a strong domestic and international business presence is looking for an accomplished finance professional to lead its finance and accounts function. The company operates in a dynamic environment with multi-currency transactions, cross-border business exposure, and a strong focus on financial discipline, compliance, and operational excellence.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare, review, and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly closing results
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Manage export-related finance activities including forex transactions, banking coordination, and documentation
- Coordinate effectively with banks, auditors, and consultants for smooth financial operations
- Strengthen internal controls, reporting systems, and process efficiency
- Support management with financial analysis, profitability review, and decision support
- Oversee inventory valuation and cost control in a manufacturing environment
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong command over accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
- Proven ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret MIS reports and financial data
- Experience handling multi-country and multi-currency transactions is essential
- Exposure to export finance, forex management, and banking processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical thinking with a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to independently own the finance function with accountability and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a manufacturing and/or export-oriented unit preferred
