Theya Squares is an architecture, interior design, and execution firm focused on creating functional, modern, and high-quality residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D furniture layouts, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Create detailed drawings and design presentations using AutoCAD and relevant design software.
- Assist with material selection, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements.
- Develop 3D models and renders when required.
- Coordinate with architects, senior designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Visit project sites to understand site conditions and monitor design implementation.
- Prepare material specifications and assist with BOQ/quantity requirements.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and suitable for execution.
- Make revisions based on client and senior designer feedback.
- Assist in maintaining project drawings, documentation, and design presentations.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit / Enscape / V-Ray / Lumion or similar software.
- Good understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, and interior detailing.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work on live projects.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Candidates with internship or project experience are preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and good design understanding are welcome to apply.

Candidate Profile

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
