About the Role
AUSMIC is looking for one skilled freelancer to build and manage automation workflows using n8n, with a focus on AI-driven content and process automation. This starts as a 2-month paid internship and transitions into an ongoing freelance role based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows in n8n
- Integrate AI tools/APIs (including Claude Code) into content and business workflows
- Stay current on AI trends relevant to content creation and automation, and suggest practical applications
- Write basic scripts/code (HTML, Python, Java) to support or extend automations
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for reliability
- Document workflows clearly for internal use
Must-Have Requirements
- Hands-on experience with n8n (please share a portfolio, demo, or screenshots of workflows you've built)
- Working knowledge of Claude Code
- Basic coding ability in HTML, Python, and/or Java
- Awareness of current AI trends applicable to content and automation
- A reliable personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection
- Preference for candidates based in Tier 1 or Tier 2 cities (India)
Good to Have
- Basic photo/video/content editing skills
- Prior freelance or internship experience in automation/AI tooling
- Familiarity with API integrations and webhook-based systems
Compensation Structure
5K per Month - for 2 months
15K-25K per Month after that based on performance and progress.
(Performance criteria for the transition to Phase 2 will be shared in writing at the start of the internship.)
Engagement Terms
- This is a freelance/contractor role, not a full-time salaried position
- A signed Freelance Agreement + NDA is required before work begins, covering confidentiality and IP ownership of all work delivered
- All workflows will be built and maintained under AUSMIC-owned accounts/credentials, not personal ones
- A short paid trial task will be assigned before final confirmation
