Your Mandate
This is a Founder’s Office role. You will step into the engine room of a fast-paced startup, acting as the operational glue that holds our most ambitious initiatives together. You will take strategic vision, organize it into actionable programs, and drive it through to real-world execution.
- Zero-to-One Execution: Orchestrate high-stakes programs across tech, design, and business teams. You own the timeline from whiteboard conception to launch.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) & Growth: Drive B2B digital marketing, outbound campaigns, and strategic account operations to support our enterprise sales funnel.
- The Performance Engine: Build the frameworks for how we track success. Identify KPIs, build dashboards, and help lead Weekly Business Reviews to keep the company ruthlessly data-driven.
Who should apply?
- The Pedigree: Recent graduate (MBA, B.Tech, or BBA) with 0 to 2 years of experience. You possess raw intelligence, structured thinking, and a long-term entrepreneurial mindset.
- The Generalist Hustle: You think in frameworks and scale. You can analyze business metrics in the morning and refine a Go-To-Market deck in the afternoon.
- Hyper-Organized Executor: You do not rely on memory. You build systems, track dependencies obsessively, and solve bottlenecks before they require a meeting.
