Hiring: Creative Development Manager

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Creative Manager with 4–5 years of experience in storytelling, content development, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop engaging stories, scripts, and narrative formats for films, web series and microdrama content
- Pitch content ideas and concepts to OTT and other platforms and generate revenue
- Generate leads and build relationships for content collaborations and business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, creative teams, and marketing stakeholders
- Develop both long-form and short-form digital content strategies
- Utilize AI tools, research platforms, and creative software for content ideation and development
- Research audience trends, OTT platform preferences, and emerging digital storytelling formats
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 4–5 years of experience in creative writing, screenplay writing, digital content, or OTT content development
- Strong understanding of web series, short-format storytelling, and microdrama content
- Experience in pitching content to OTT/digital platforms will be preferred
- Strong communication and networking abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, presentation tools, and AI-based writing/research tools
