Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff efficiently, maintain quality standards, and drive overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day café/restaurant operations
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff (baristas, servers, kitchen team)
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor and manage inventory on a weekly and monthly basis
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper stock control
- Coordinate ordering of supplies and maintain optimal stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of equipment
- Implement strategies to improve sales and customer experience
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/café management
- Experience in inventory handling and stock audits preferred
- Background in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Graduate or diploma in hospitality/business (preferred)
