Job Summary
Gallery Silver Scapes is seeking a professional, well-groomed, and highly reliable Luxury Car Driver (Executive Chauffeur) to provide safe, comfortable, and discreet transportation services for senior management, VIP clients, and guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent driving skills, exceptional etiquette, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering a premium travel experience. Luxury chauffeurs are expected to maintain professionalism, discretion, vehicle cleanliness, and superior customer service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport Directors, Executives, VIP guests, and clients to various destinations.
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while planning routes efficiently.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding company and client information.
- Keep the vehicle clean, polished, and in showroom condition at all times.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements.
- Monitor fuel levels, servicing schedules, insurance, and vehicle documentation.
- Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings when required.
- Maintain professional appearance, behavior, and communication standards.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Be available for occasional early morning, late evening, weekend, or outstation travel assignments.
- Coordinate schedules and travel requirements with management and administration teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional driver, chauffeur, or executive driver.
- Valid Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving luxury vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Toyota Camry, or premium SUVs.
- Excellent knowledge of Delhi NCR roads, routes, airports, and traffic conditions.
- Professional grooming and courteous personality.
- Strong understanding of chauffeur etiquette and VIP client handling.
- Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Directors, CEOs, HNIs, or luxury hospitality brands.
- Defensive driving training or chauffeur certification.
- Basic English communication skills.
