We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our physiotherapy center. The candidate will be responsible for managing the reception, assisting patients, handling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists regarding patient schedules.
- Manage billing, payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain daily reports and front desk documentation.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow company policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Graduate (Preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Healthcare.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in a hospital, clinic, physiotherapy center, or healthcare setup will be an advantage.
