We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design development, manage projects, coordinate with consultants, and ensure high-quality execution from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, technical expertise, and leadership skills.
- Lead architectural design from concept to working drawings
- Prepare and review layouts, 3D concepts, and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and design approvals
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality execution
- Guide and mentor junior architects and designers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- 2-3 years of experience in architectural design & execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/V-Ray, Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing and materials
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
