We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Chemistry Faculty to deliver high-quality Chemistry education to students in India and the Middle East. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry concepts, preparing students for academic examinations and competitive examinations, conducting assessments, and providing effective academic guidance and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry classes through offline and/or online modes.
- Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry according to the relevant curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and question papers.
- Explain complex Chemistry concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
- Prepare students for CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IGCSE, A-Level, and other relevant curricula, as applicable.
- Provide coaching and guidance for competitive examinations such as JEE, NEET, and other entrance examinations, where required.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive academic feedback.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate support and remedial guidance.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and laboratory sessions while following safety procedures, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
- Use digital teaching tools and interactive methodologies to improve student engagement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, academic coordinators, and other faculty members.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, examination patterns, and modern teaching methodologies.
- Participate in academic meetings, faculty development programs, and curriculum improvement activities.
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. is preferred for school-level teaching positions.
- Additional qualifications in education or relevant competitive-exam preparation will be an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Experience teaching CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE / A-Level / State Board / JEE / NEET will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent teaching skills may also be considered for suitable positions.
