About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales/business development.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or IT services (if applicable).
- Experience with lead generation tools and LinkedIn outreach.
