Job Summary
Naturesstep is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact prospective customers through company-generated leads.
* Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
* Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Negotiate travel packages and pricing when required.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Regularly review and report sales performance.
Eligibility Criteria
* HSC / Graduate in any stream.
* Good English communication skills (Mandatory).
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Experience Required
* Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a related field.
