Job Summary
The Assistant Branch Head supports the Branch Head in managing daily branch operations, achieving business targets, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes team supervision, operational control, and business development support.
Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all branch activities.
- Monitor cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
2. Business Development
- Support achievement of branch business targets.
- Promote financial products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer leads.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
3. Team Management
- Supervise and guide branch staff.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Assist in training and motivating team members.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
4. Customer Service
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service quality standards.
5. Compliance & Risk Control
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor KYC and documentation compliance.
- Support audit requirements and risk control measures.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
