Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors.
Site Management
- Supervise construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Resolve technical and operational issues arising during construction.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, and project cost reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure construction quality complies with approved standards and specifications.
- Implement quality control procedures and inspections.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor contractor performance.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain site safety standards and implement safety procedures.
- Coordinate approvals and inspections from relevant authorities.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Present project updates to management and clients.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
