Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Developer Accounts
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1 year in core sales (field / B2B / real estate / SaaS / media)

Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for cold outreach, setting up in-person demos, and doing on-ground sales meetings with real estate developers and their sales/marketing teams. This is a high-activity field role with clear targets on calls, meetings, and demos.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Build and maintain a list of target real estate developers in the region.
- Do cold calling to reach Marketing Heads, Sales Heads, CXOs, and project teams.
- Introduce Unada Labs and briefly explain our digital solutions.
Meeting & Demo Setup
- Fix face-to-face meetings and demos with relevant decision makers.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure all material (deck, demo links, brochures) is ready.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for new meetings booked.
On-Ground Sales Meetings
- Visit developer offices, experience centres, and project sites for in-person demos.
- Present solutions in simple language and show how they help sales & marketing teams.
- Handle basic objections and pass complex queries to seniors/founders when needed.
Follow-Ups & Pipeline Tracking
- Maintain all lead and meeting details in Excel/Sheets/CRM.
- Do regular follow-ups on phone, WhatsApp, and email to push deals to the next step.
- Coordinate with the internal team to share client requirements and next steps.
Reporting & Targets
- Achieve monthly targets for cold calls, meetings, and demos.
- Share daily/weekly reports on calls made, meetings done, and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Education: Any graduate (MBA/PG in Marketing is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of core sales experience (field/B2B/real estate/media/tech).
- Prior exposure to real estate developers / channel partners / marketing agencies is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English + local language.
- High comfort with cold calling, walk-ins, and initiating conversations.
- Ability to do in-person presentations and demos.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings.
Compensation
- Fixed salary based on experience.
- Incentives linked to closures.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
