Job Summary
Treewards Foundation is looking for a Plantation Project Manager to lead and manage tree plantation and environmental projects across Korba, Bilaspur and Raipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute tree plantation activities as per project targets.
- Manage plantation sites, saplings, manpower, and contractors.
- Supervise plantation, watering, maintenance, and replacement activities.
- Monitor plant survival rate and plantation quality.
- Coordinate with NGOs, local communities, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain plantation records, photographs, and site-wise data.
- Prepare regular project progress reports.
- Ensure project timelines, quality, safety, and budget are maintained.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of plantation/horticulture practices.
- Strong field and team management skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- MS Excel/Word knowledge.
- Willingness to travel between Korba, Bilaspur and Raipur project locations.
Preferred: Experience in large-scale plantation, CSR, afforestation, industrial green-belt, or environmental projects.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
