Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Outlet Sales Assistant to join our Brownie Heaven team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist in daily store operations, and help create a delightful experience for customers who visit our outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting brownies and other products
- Explain product varieties, ingredients, and ongoing offers
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the outlet
- Ensure proper display and restocking of brownies and related items
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Support inventory checks and report stock shortages
- Follow company policies and food safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum high school qualification (12th pass or equivalent)
- Prior experience in retail, food service, or bakery is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and billing skills
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
