Job Title: CRM Executive (Customer Relationship Management)

Job Summary:
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer data, and ensuring repeat business through regular follow-ups and service support. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer database (walk-in, contractors, builders, repeat buyers)
- Follow up with customers for repeat purchases, pending orders, and feedback
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-store coordination
- Build relationships with painters, contractors, and local builders
- Inform customers about new products, offers, and promotions
- Track and manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with the floor manager and accounts team for order status and payments
- Maintain records of credit customers and follow up for dues
- Assist in planning local marketing activities and customer engagement efforts
- Generate basic reports on customer activity, repeat sales, and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or CRM (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, billing/CRM software)
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
