Project Director – College Establishment & Operations
Location: Bihar | Organization: Chanakya Group of Institutions (CGI)
We're hiring a Project Director to lead the setup & launch of 5 new degree colleges across Bihar!
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project planning, execution & delivery
- Operations management across HR, Admin, Finance, Marketing, Admissions & Academics
- Campus infrastructure development & vendor coordination
- Budget, resource & risk management
- Regulatory & statutory compliance
- Support faculty/staff recruitment & academic setup
- Stakeholder reporting & senior leadership liaison
- Extensive travel across Bihar
Qualifications:
- MBA/Master's in Management, Education Management, or related field
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
Experience:
- 5–10 years in Project Management, Operations, Institutional Setup, or Infrastructure Projects
- Experience in educational institutions/large-scale setup projects preferred
Skills:
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management
- Project planning & execution
- Advanced Excel & MS Office, PM tools
- Multitasking, problem-solving & organizational skills
