Logiware Supply Chain Solutions is looking for an experienced Inventory Controller with 5–7 years of experience in inventory management and warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL / warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day inventory control activities across 3PL warehouse operations.
· Monitor and maintain accurate physical and system inventory.
· Perform regular cycle counts, physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
· Investigate stock shortages, excesses, damages and inventory discrepancies.
· Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions in SAP and Tally.
· Monitor GRN, goods issue, stock transfers and other inventory-related transactions.
· Verify inbound and outbound quantities against system records and supporting documents.
· Maintain SKU, batch, lot and location-wise inventory accuracy wherever applicable.
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory MIS reports.
· Prepare stock variance, inventory ageing, slow-moving and non-moving inventory reports.
· Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
· Coordinate with 3PL clients regarding stock reconciliation, inventory queries and audits.
· Support client and internal inventory audits and physical stock verification.
· Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
· Monitor inventory KPIs and identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy.
· Maintain proper documentation for stock adjustments, damages, shortages and excesses.
· Identify root causes of recurring inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
· Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, client requirements and inventory control procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Commerce or related field.
· 5–7 years of relevant experience in Inventory Control / Warehouse Operations.
· Experience in 3PL / Contract Warehousing is highly preferred.
· Hands-on experience in SAP is required.
· Working knowledge of Tally is required.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering and data reconciliation.
· Experience in stock reconciliation, cycle counting and inventory audits.
· Experience in client coordination will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
