About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the CHRO and Leadership Team as an Executive Assistant while also driving key HRBP initiatives. This role is designed with a 60% Executive Assistant and 40% HR Business Partner focus, requiring strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and HR expertise.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistant Responsibilities (60%)
● Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for the CHRO and Leadership Team.
● Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
● Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
● Draft business correspondence, presentations, reports, and management communications.
● Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
● Coordinate leadership reviews, town halls, and strategic meetings.
● Assist in project management and cross-functional coordination.
● Support leadership in prioritization, scheduling, and operational planning.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities (40%)
● Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and business stakeholders.
● Support onboarding and employee integration processes.
● Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
● Assist in performance management, feedback discussions, and talent development activities.
● Handle employee relations matters and HR queries.
● Support workforce planning and organizational initiatives.
● Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
● Generate HR reports and maintain employee records.

Qualifications
● Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 8+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, HRBP, HR Operations, or a similar role.
● Experience supporting senior leadership will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
