We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Digital Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling and digital sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with potential customers, and converting them into sales for the company through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with potential leads generated through digital platforms
- Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead updates
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in Digital Sales
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Good listening and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (or equivalent)

- Positive attitude and confidence over calls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience in lead conversion and telesales is a plus
