Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update patient medical records (IPD & OPD)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient data
- Handle medical record filing, retrieval, and storage
- Prepare records for audits and inspections
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information
- Manage discharge summaries and record indexing
- Support digital record management (EMR systems if available)
