About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (Full Stack) to lead our engineering team and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Full Stack development, system architecture, and team leadership while ensuring successful project execution from planning to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and guide the development team.
* Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
* Review code, maintain coding standards, and ensure software quality.
* Collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders.
* Drive Agile development practices, sprint planning, and timely project delivery.
* Identify technical challenges and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

* Prior experience as a **Technical Lead**, **Team Lead**, or in a similar leadership role.
* Ability to manage teams and deliver projects within deadlines.
