Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Aptitude Trainer to train students for campus placements and competitive examinations. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability, with the ability to simplify concepts and improve students' problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.
- Prepare students for campus placements, government examinations, and competitive aptitude tests.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, question banks, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide individual feedback.
- Teach shortcut methods, problem-solving techniques, and time management strategies.
- Monitor student progress and maintain attendance and performance records.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Stay updated with the latest aptitude test patterns and recruitment trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with excellent aptitude knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
- Good classroom management and mentoring abilities.
