Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to understand business requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Prepare requirement documents and process flows.
- Coordinate with development and testing teams.
- Assist in testing and validating new features.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SQL or software development concepts is an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
