Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical Python team and guide development activities.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders for new projects.
- Prepare high-level architecture and collaborate with team leads on solution design.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams for infrastructure setup and deployment support.
- Align the development team with project goals, priorities, and technical direction.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Implement asynchronous programming approaches and Azure Durable Functions where required.
- Work in Agile methodology and actively support sprint-based delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve blockers and ensure smooth project progress.
- Support LLM and GPT model integration within Azure-based solutions.
- Use Azure API Management and Application Insights for API governance and monitoring.
- Handle document generation, processing, and conversion workflows, including DOCX and PDF formats.
