Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Sales Engagement, and marketing automation. This role combines Salesforce expertise, sales engagement administration, CRM data management, and content creation to drive high-performing sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating targeted prospect lists in ZoomInfo, managing Salesforce data, administering Sales Engagement programs, building personalized outreach campaigns, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build, test, and optimize cadences, email templates, call scripts, and LinkedIn messaging sequences for targeted personas and campaigns.
· Create, manage, and optimize Sales Engagement programs for various sales initiatives.
· Build targeted prospect and account lists using ZoomInfo based on campaign requirements.
· Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce Sales Engagement for Sales and BDR/SDR teams.
· Apply filters and segmentation criteria to generate high-quality lead lists.
· Clean, validate, and prepare prospect data for Salesforce imports.
· Import, update, and maintain Salesforce records while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
· Monitor CRM data quality by identifying and resolving duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.
· Design and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, and automation rules.
· Manage prospect segmentation, lead scoring, grading, and lifecycle processes.
· Leverage automation for follow-ups, task assignments, reminders, and sales workflows.
· Monitor engagement metrics (opens, clicks, replies, meetings booked, and call connects) and continuously optimize cadences and messaging.
· Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, response rates, and conversions.
· Apply advanced personalization techniques using merge fields, dynamic content, and AI-based recommendations.
· Prioritize and route leads based on engagement scores and predefined business rules.
· Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline, campaign performance, engagement, and sales activity.
· Analyze campaign and engagement performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
· Create engaging, conversion-focused content for sales and marketing outreach aligned with brand messaging.
· Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, playbooks, and best practices.
· Provide training and ongoing support to users on Sales Engagement and marketing automation processes.
· Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute campaigns and improve business processes.
· Ensure all outreach activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable email marketing regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 1-4 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM.
· Hands-on experience Salesforce Sales Engagement.
· Experience creating and managing Sales Engagement cadences, automation, and outreach programs.
· Experience building targeted prospect and account lists using ZoomInfo.
· Experience importing, updating, and managing Salesforce data using Data Import Wizard, Data Loader, or similar tools.
· Strong understanding of CRM data management, data quality, and lead management best practices.
· Experience with marketing automation, lead segmentation, lead scoring, campaign workflows, reports, and dashboards.
· Strong content creation and copywriting skills for sales and marketing communications.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and cleansing.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, RocketReach, or similar lead intelligence platforms.
· Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page customization.
· Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
· Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
