About the Role
Brimbus is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth across branding, design, web development, social media, and digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. This role requires someone who can confidently engage with decision-makers, build long-term client relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients into long-term business partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing teams, business owners, startups, and corporate clients across India and international markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Represent Brimbus at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Requirements & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Prior experience in a Branding, Advertising, Design, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, web development, social media marketing, and performance marketing services.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Commercially driven with strong business acumen.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Preferred).
Additional Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visits and meetings.
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Flexibility to attend client meetings on Saturdays if required.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
