- Must be well proficient in Java, Android SDK, SQLite, XML,JSON Parsing.
- Must have good experience in using tools like Android Studio 2.0+.
- Must have good experience in Core Java, SQLite Database, XML, implementing OOPs concepts using Java.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning..
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
- Must have good experience in GitHub Integration and pulling and pushing of data from the Git.
- Work with end users to document workflows and business processes.
- Experience in complete application development life-cycle.
- The Candidate must have 1 to 3 years total, at least 1 year relevant into Android Application Development.
- Understand device and screen size specific compatibility issues.
- Develop use case-based models to capture functional system requirements and corresponding test cases.
