Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellors who can guide aspiring government exam candidates regarding courses, career opportunities, admission processes, and learning programs offered by ACRY AI.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities Student Counselling
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding SSC and Government Exam preparation programs.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course benefits, curriculum structure, AI-powered features, and success roadmap.
Lead Management
- Handle incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Webinars, and Referral Programs.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS.
- Maintain lead records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Admissions & Conversions
- Convert inquiries into paid admissions.
- Guide students through the complete enrollment process.
- Assist students with fee plans, scholarship programs, and payment procedures.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Address queries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure excellent student onboarding experience.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily counselling reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, faculty, and operations teams.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and webinars.
Required Skills
- Excellent Hindi Communication Skills (Mandatory)
- Good English Communication Skills
- Strong Convincing & Negotiation Ability
- Telecalling & Counselling Experience
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- CRM Handling Experience Preferred
- Positive Attitude and Target-Oriented Approach
EligibilityEducation
- Graduate in Any Stream
- MBA / BBA Preferred
Experience
- 1–5 Years in:
