Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of user-facing features for web applications.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient frontend code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces.
- Optimize application components for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior frontend developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for frontend development.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Should possess strong expertise in modern frontend development with 3–4 years of hands-on experience, demonstrating the ability to build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a passion for writing clean and maintainable code, and the confidence to collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring fellow developers.
- Should possess a growth mindset, stay updated with evolving frontend technologies, and be committed to delivering exceptional user experiences through technical excellence.
