We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Skills & Personality Development Trainer to enhance the communication, interpersonal, and professional skills of employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training programs focused on spoken communication, confidence building, personality development, professional etiquette, presentation skills, and overall employee growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct Communication Skills and Personality Development training programs for employees and freshers.
· Deliver sessions on spoken English, verbal and non-verbal communication, confidence building, and professional etiquette.
· Train employees on interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership qualities, and workplace behavior.
· Conduct workshops on public speaking, presentation skills, customer interaction, and professional grooming.
· Assess participants through activities, role plays, presentations, and practical exercises.
· Identify skill gaps and design customized training programs to improve performance.
· Develop training content, presentations, assessment tools, and learning materials.
· Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance reports.
· Coordinate with department heads to understand training requirements and implement development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of communication techniques, soft skills, and customer service principles.
- Certification in Communication Skills Training, Soft Skills Training, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Communication Skills Trainer, Personality Development Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, or Learning & Development Trainer.
· Experience in educational institutions, training organizations, corporate training, or domestic customer service environments preferred.
