Position: ECCE Teacher Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver ECCE theory sessions
2. Facilitate practical assessments & demo classes for trainees across branches in Pune
3. Monitor teaching quality across Pune centres & mentor the trainees
4. Facilitate successful course completion of the trainees
- Qualification: Masters OR Bachelors in ECCE or Human Development OR ECCE Diploma with classroom teaching experience is a must
- Skills: Strong knowledge of NEP 2020, NCF 2022, child psychology, play-based learning, classroom management
- Other: Excellent communication, presentation skills & passion for mentoring
Additional Ask: Preference for candidates with prior experience in teacher training institutes or preschool chains. Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi is a plus.
