HS Jewels India Private Limited is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the complete accounting operations of our jewellery manufacturing business while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely and accurate accounting records.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, ledger matching, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, e-way bills, and supporting documents.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related accounting work.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Follow up with customers and vendors for outstanding payments and account reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliation, cash book maintenance, and financial record verification.
- Maintain daily stock accounting, inventory reconciliation, and manufacturing account reconciliation.
- Record and verify business expenses, purchase bills, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth financial workflow.
- Assist the Chartered Accountant during GST filings, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and confidentiality of all financial records.
- Ensure all accounting work is completed with responsibility, consistency, and accuracy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (experienced candidates are also welcome).
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel, ERP Inventory System
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in ledger matching, account reconciliation, and financial record maintenance.
- Knowledge of inventory, stock accounting, and expense management.
- Jewellery industry accounting experience will be an added advantage.
- Honest, trustworthy, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
