Change Orders (Sr. Modelers only)
· Change orders can be created when:
o There is a deviation in scope.
o Changes received in the Contract drawings.
o Changes given by the client once the work is completed, either through email
o Changes based on the Client/ GC / or other trades that affects our scope of work (either an RFI
o answer or bootleg copies of contract drawings / ASI / sketches)
o Changes mentioned in BFA comments which are new (or) differ from the original contract drawings.
o Specific instructions from EOR/ Contractor / fabricator based on site conditions.
o Added scope of work (It could be a revised purchase order or a Change order)
· The Modeler needs to provide all the documents and details required to prepare a change order to the APM / TL.
· The Modeler should also ensure that all the changes mentioned in the Change order are incorporated by the team members before the drawings are submitted with the revision.
Pay: ₹22,437.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
