IT Support Engineer
Experience: 1–2 Years
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in supporting both cloud and on-premises IT environments.
Key Skills:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Windows Server Administration
- Active Directory & User Management
- Network and System Troubleshooting
- SaaS Application Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, email services, and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
- Assist with system maintenance, monitoring, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
