Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and enthusiastic Receptionist & Front Office Executive to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming clients, coordinating property visits, handling social media accounts, and ensuring a professional customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and an interest in real estate and digital engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
- Manage the reception area and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and business associates.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings.
Client Handling & Property Visits
- Welcome prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist in coordinating and conducting property site visits.
- Provide basic information about available properties and project highlights.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the visit.
Social Media Management
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and post engaging content, property updates, and promotional activities.
- Respond to social media inquiries and coordinate leads with the sales team.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and brand visibility activities.
Administrative Support
- Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
- Support basic administrative and coordination activities as required.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, Real Estate, or similar roles.
