- Communications & Support: Serving as the primary point of contact by fielding phone calls, directing inquiries, and managing official email correspondence.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing physical and digital filing systems, managing contracts, and updating company databases.
- Bookkeeping & Finance Support: Assisting the finance department by preparing invoices, processing expenses, and tracking budgets.
- Cross-Functional Assistance: Supporting human resources with employee onboarding, coordinating corporate events, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies and safety standards.
- Office Administrator: Focuses heavily on day-to-day physical office operations, vendor management, and employee support.
- Administrative/Executive Assistant: Provides direct, high-level support to senior management or C-suite executives.
- Administrative Manager: A leadership role that involves hiring, training, and supervising other administrative staff.
