We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic HRM Faculty member to deliver high-quality training in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions in Human Resource Management.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
- Guide students on HR concepts, recruitment, payroll, HRMS, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
- Assist with placement activities and career guidance.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource Management / Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) or equivalent.
- Relevant teaching or industry HR experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and current HR practices.
Experience
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge may apply.
- 1–2years of teaching or corporate HR experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent classroom management and presentation skills.
- Strong communication in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
