Real Estate Document Reader & Typist – Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for reading, understanding, typing, real estate/property-related documents with accuracy and proper formatting.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and review real estate documents such as sale deeds, agreements, registry papers, title documents, and legal papers.
Type property-related documents in Hindi and/or English.
Prepare drafts of agreements, affidavits, applications, and other documentation.
Verify details from documents before typing or finalizing.
Maintain proper records and filing of documents (physical and digital).
Assist with document formatting, corrections, and printing.
Coordinate with internal teams or clients regarding document requirements.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all documents.
Skills Required:
Ability to read and understand real estate/property documents
Good typing speed in Hindi and/or English
CPCT
Knowledge of MS Word and document formatting
Strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of property/legal paperwork preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
